DIRECTORS

Frank Carioti, Development Director Frank Carioti, our Development Director started in the building industry in 1975, qualifying as a draftsman. After a short period of time designing residential cottages and industrial factory complexes, he branched out further into the building field. The building company was then established and running successfully for fifteen years before selling in 1989. From 1989 to 1994, Frank worked as a consultant in packaging up and marketing property developments. In 1994 he returned into the development field and has completed many successful projects.
